Appia La Fayette

Very close and convenient for the Gare du Nord. Very clean comfortable room. Excellent and very reasonably priced restaurant just opposite the Gare du Nord. Breakfast at the Hotel is expensive but there is an excellent cafe nearby where you can get a good breakfast for half the price.

I loved the staff here. The staff that I met during my stay was very friendly and accommodating! The room was good for two of us, as we were out most of the time and it was a great location as it was close to Gare de Nord. There are 2 supermarkets nearby so if you happen to arrive late, you can still go and buy sandwiches if you need to. Also they were able to provide twin beds instead of double bed as I requested! Overall our experience here was lovely. I appreciated the help and the kindness from them :)

The location was near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, very convenient for travellers going through these stations for commute. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Even though I was staying in a corner room facing the road junction on level 1, there was no noise at all as the good quality windows effectively blocked out all the noise. The room was modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly and gave good recommendations for food and transport, especially Dehbia (I hope I got it right), who gave me the choice of picking my preferred room, and the short-haired lady.

A very well located hotel for anyone arriving at Gare du Nord, and given how busy this location can be we were really pleased with how quiet the hotel was. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and whilst the breakfast selection was not the biggest I've seen it had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay here and if arriving at Gare du Nord in the evening again we'll definitely look to book here. For the location it's good value.

Appia La Fayette is located 5 minutes walk from Paris Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, which was the main reason we chose the hotel. The hotel is close from local amenities including super markets, restaurants, cafes and patisseries, so we enjoyed very tasty baguettes from local patisseries, French breakfast at nearby cafe and not expensive French cuisine such as onion soup and galettes at local bistros! We were allocated to the twin room as we requested, however, if I should mention, I would like to spot the size of the single bed was quite small. Bathroom was clean and modern. Water server was provided for guests in front of the reception which was convenience for us. I think that the best feature of Appia La Fayette is its location, so it offers good value when the location is considered.
