Appia La Fayette

Good hotel if you want to spend 2-3 days in Paris. Small but nice room. Bathroom big. Breakfast acceptable but choice small, coffee from the machine. Staff polite. Elevator worked well. There are many small cafes and a vegetable shop near the hotel.

The staff were very nice, the facilities like the elevator and the wheelchair entrance were very thoughtful and they gave me a room that had a disabled bathroom because of my disability which was very thoughtful and excellent service. I also like the buffet breakfast in the morning and the kettle and coffee and tea in the bedrooms.

Decent sized bedroom - especially for Paris, comfy bed, ideal location for me as I was arriving into Gate de l'Est and leaving from Gare du Nord. Walkable distance to Sacré Coeur and to Notre Dame and to Les Halles

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, just a short walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower. There was air conditioning, a kettle, coffee machine and good hairdryer. The buffet breakfast was served in a light and airy room and there was a great selection to choose from.

Our stay was very brief, arriving early evening & leaving before 10am. The property was chosen because of the location to Gare du Nord. It suited our purposes well & both the check in & check out staff were welcoming & helpful.
